Our annual resuscitation and emergency training day this month was a huge success. It was a pleasure to have Vonny from Cynergex come to our practice for a day of practical information with hands on participation.
Topics covered were cardiac arrest, anaphylaxis, diabetic crisis, vasovagal (fainting) and more. At Dr Gwendolin Flanagan Dental we have up to date emergency equipment including oxygen, cardiac defibrillator and emergency medications including adrenalin. Nobody wants to have a medical emergency and yet we all need to be prepared just in case as they can occur anywhere anytime.
