Will my root canal hurt?

Any surgical or invasive procedure carries risks. Before proceeding, you should seek a second opinion from an appropriately qualified health practitioner.

The pain associated with root canals often comes from the symptoms, which can be severe and worsen over time. Root canal therapy and anaesthetic techniques have improved considerably and should feel no different than a filling. Most patients find relief with root canal treatment.

To all our valued patients,

As you know we are now on a week lockdown as of 5pm Thursday, August 5th. During this time we are restricted to emergency treatments only for our patients. Please be assured that we will resume normal practice as soon as permitted. We are being guided by government directives that are handed down on a daily basis. Please follow this link to read important information from the ADA on COVID guidelines as well as what you need to know as a patient ahead of your next dental appointment.
